UPON THE REAL PROPERTY'IOCITED WITHIN NORTH COLLEGE AVENUE IMPROVEMXNT
DISTRICT NUMBER ONE 010 THE CITY OF FAYETTEVI.LIE , ARKANSAS . "
WHEREAS , the majority � in value of the property -•iholders owning prop-
erty. adjoining the locality to be affected, and situated in North College
Avenue Improvement Distriot Number One of the Xity of Fayettevi%'le , Ark-

aneas, organized for the purpose of improving by grading, rolling and pay.
ing with Asphaltic Pavement , the streets and pafte of streets within said
North -. College Avenue Improvement District Number One of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , have petitioned the City --Council of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , for the construction of said improvement ; and that
the costs thereof shall be assessed upon -the real propertyoof said Lis-
trict , according to the benefits to be received ; and
WHEREAS , said benefit received by each block, lot and parcel " of real
property7situated in . said district , equals or exceeds the local assess.

WHEREAS , the estimated cost of said improvement , exclusive of in-
terest charges , is the sum of $52, 482 . 200
NOW , THEREFORE; BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY'COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVII:LE ,. ARKANSAS :
SECTION ONE : That said several blocks , lots and parcels of real prop-
erty in said district be assessed according to the Assessment List for
said Improvement District , as the same now remains in the office of the
Recorder or City Clerk ; and that 10 per centum on said blocks , lots and
parcels of real propertrrin said District shall be paid annually on or
before the - first Monday of November , until , the whole of said local as.
easement shall be paid .

SECTION TWO That all Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith , be , and the same are hereby , repealed , and this Ordinance shall
