Sec . 1 . That Ordinance No. 466 entitled ^An Ordinance fixing rates
for furnishing electricity by any Public Service Com_)any to the citizens,
residences , individuals , corporations, and all other parties within the
City of Fayetteville , ..rkansas, ^ and passed and approved by the City
Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, December 5, 1923, is hereby
repealed.
