BE IT ORWINED BY TIS CITY COUNCIL OF TH 'CITY OF. FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANVAS
Section 1. . The City .Council is. hereby . authorized . to. establish by duly
adopted solution certain parts of streets in the oongedted section of the
City .of Fayetteville upon which no vehicle , or whatsoever kind - may be
alloyed to park .
Section 2 . When aiy such resolution is so adopted, . such space upon which no
pas to be allayed .shall be plainly designated by painted lines , or in
som.. . other . plaih bLnd c1par ,manner as -"no 'Parking . "
Section • 3. :' Itshall ,b8 . deemed a violation. of thin Ordinance for any person
or persons to park any 'vehicle ' of'whatsoovei. kinds within or upon the space
desiCnated as 1.1no : parking% as set forth in Section 2. of this Ordinance .
Section !♦. Any. .person or persons , violating any of the provisions of, tiis
ir�d nan shall be .deemed_ guilty. of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction there-
