AVENUE IMPROVEPMIT DISTRICT NMIBER ONE OF TiE CITY Or FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , WHEREAS , the Board of Assessors have filed with the Board of Improvement of Willow Avenue Improvement District Number One of the City of Faye tteville , Arkansas , a report and recommendation that an assessment and a ' re- assessment and a revision of assessments be made for the purpose of correcting inequalities in the assessment of benefits , and for the purpose of assessing correctly and truly against each tract and parcel of - land in said District , and for the purpose of justly , truly and rightfully assessing all benefits against each tract of land , as they should in justice and af_ . right be assessed ; and WHEREAS , the Board of Improvement has approved said petition for said assessrient , re- assessment and revision of said assessments ; and WHEREAS , it is in the opinion of said Board necessary that such assessment of benefits be made , NOW ZiEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED by the . city council of the City of Fayetteville ; r.
