ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYE TTEVILLE
APPROVING THE REPORT OF THE ASSESSORS , P.ECOMMENDING AN
ASSESS✓`:EE; T A RE-ASSESSMENT AND A REVISION OF THE ASSESSMENTS
IN WILLOW. AVENUE IMPROVEPMIT DISTRICT NMIBER ONE OF TiE
CITY Or FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ,
WHEREAS , the Board of Assessors have filed with the
Board of Improvement of Willow Avenue Improvement District
Number One of the City of Faye tteville , Arkansas , a report
and recommendation that an assessment and a ' re- assessment and
a revision of assessments be made for the purpose of
correcting inequalities in the assessment of benefits , and
for the purpose of assessing correctly and truly against
each tract and parcel of - land in said District , and for the
purpose of justly , truly and rightfully assessing all benefits
against each tract of land , as they should in justice and
af_ . right be assessed ; and
WHEREAS , the Board of Improvement has approved said
petition for said assessrient , re- assessment and revision
of said assessments ; and
WHEREAS , it is in the opinion of said Board necessary
that such assessment of benefits be made ,
NOW ZiEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED by the . city council of
the City of Fayetteville ;

Council be , and the same is hereby approved , and the said

SECTION 2 . That the revised estimate of the cost of said
improvement made by the engineer , and approved and adopted by
the . Board of Improvement of said District be , and the same is

is hereby authorized , directed and empowered to publish. , the
new assessment , as required by la.w, and that said notice be
giver. immediately. on the filing of said assesement . by the
Board of Assessors .
SECTION 4 . That this ordinance being necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public peace and safety , an
emergency is hereby declared to erist , and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
publication. .
