Sec . 1 . That Section 1 of Ordinance 287 , passed and approved on the
30th day of '.larch, 19911 be , and the same is hereby amended to read as
folloms ;
"A fire district is hereby established composed of 0.1 the property
east of Gregg Street emd wrst of. Locust Street which is net more than four
hundred twenty five feet north of the center of Dickson Straet and six
hundred twenty feet south of the center of Dickaon Si;met, except the south
one half of Block 5 and the south one half of Block 6 , Oririval Town, and
also except lots 83 9, 12 , and 13, all in block 5, Oriinal Tjwn (nor city )
of Fayetteville , Arkansas , as Che same is shown upon the plat of said
City compiled by Burnes and McDonald . "
SeW. 2 . khat this Ordinance be in force from and ,after i' o passage
approval , and publication, and all Ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith, be and the same are hereby repoaled.
