Sec. 1. Not more than two cows shUl be kept by any one person, firm,
or corporation within the corporate limits of the City of Fayetteville , Ark. ,
unless a minimum of 1/2 acre of space be provided for each additional cow.
Sec . 2 . The word "cow" as used in this Ordinance is meant to include
and does include calves over the are of 6 weeks .
Sec . 3. Any person, firm, or corporation violating the provisions of
this Ordinance shall ba deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and u?on conviction
thereof shall be fined in any sum not less than $5. 00 nor more than $15 . 00
for each offense ; and each day or part thereof that this ordinance shall be

violated shall constitutea secarate . offensr. .
Sec. 4. That this Ordinance -Lie in force and effect from and after May
12, 1922 , and its passage, approval, and. publication. This Ordinance is in I

d o cumulative in its nature and shall repeal only suc;i parts of Ordinances
that are in direct conflict herewith.
