Section, 1 . That hereafter it shall be unlawful for any person to skate on
roller skates or to ride on coaster 12agons on the paved stmets of the City .
of Fayetteville .
eZMSection 2. . Any person violating the provisions of this Ordinance shall be
u3.lty of a misdemeanor and •upon conviction thereof shall be punished
by a fine of not less than Five -45. 00 and no more than Fifteen 415, 00) Dollars .
Section 3. . All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances .in conflict herewith be ,
an a same are hereby repealed, and this Ordinance shll take fEffect and be
in force from and after itspassage, approval , and publication. '
