AN ORDINANCE" TO BE ENTITLED , " AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR THE PERMA

NENT IMPROVEMENT ' OF THE INTERSECTION OF CERTAIN STREETS WITHIN THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES . "
WHEREAS , there has been formed and created within the corporate limits
of the City . of Fayetteville , Arkansas , , a certain Improvement District , known
as Annex Nutaner Tw0 to East Street Improvement District Number. One of the
City of Fayettevil-le , Arkansas , and
IMREAS , it is the policy of the City of Fayetteville to aid in con- .
structing and maintaining permanent streets constructed under the improve=
ment district plan ; and -
WHEREAS , the City of Fayetteville has assumed part of the expense, of
improving streets in other Improvement Districts;
NOW , THEREFORE; BEP: IT ORDAINED BY THE CITYYCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , _ARKANSAS :
SECTION ONE : That there is hereby appropriated, out of the General
Street Fund of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , the sum of $10`; 000 . 00 ,
to be used by the Board of Commissioners of Annex Number Two to East' Street
Improvement District Number One of the City of . Favetteville , Arkansas , in
permanently paving the intersections of all streets within said Improvement
,,Ristrict and otherwise permanently improving the same`.
SECTION TWO(: That the City Clerk of the City . of Fayetteville , Arkansas ,
be , and he is hereby , instructed to draw ten warrants of equal amounts , in
favor of whomsoever said Board of Commissioners may designate and at such
times as said Board mayl • request , not to exceed in the_ aggregage , however,
the sum of $10 , 000 . 00r. Said ten warrants shall be drawn seriially;l so that
one warrant shall become due and payable each year after date of issue .
SECTION TnREE : That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage; approval and publication .
