Section Ono . That Syotion Throe ( 3 ) of Ordinance Slumber 439, passed and
'approved on the ME day of Rovombor, 1921, be amended to toad as folloast
"If any person, firm or corporation or company shall fail, Refuse or noglectea
to pay caid license as hereinbefore provided , the City Attorney od said City
shall proceed to aoileat the samo by suit in the Court having proper Jurisdiction,
and said suit shall be brought within thirty days after the last day on nvhich the
said license should have boon paid under tho provisions of this Ordinance . That
Ordinance number 407 passed and approved Juno 18th, 1920, and Ordinance
nunbos , passed and approved April 6th, 1906 , and all other Ordinances
or parts of ordMnees in ormi'liot heimewith, be and tho same are hereby repealed,
and this Ordinance be in force and effect from and after its rausago, approval
and publication.
