AN ORDIIiAD, CEr TO BE ENTITLED , " AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE LAYING OR
CONSTRUCTION OF SIDE i?ALKS , STREET" CURBING AND GUTTERINGS , WITHIN THE
CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , "
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTIOr1 ONE : That hereafter-no side walks , 'or street curbing or
guttering shall be laid or constructed within the corporate limits of
the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , unless the same shall be ordered or
permitted by a Resolution of the City Council . And before any such
side walks , street curbing or guttering shall be so laid ' or constructed ,
the proper grade shall be ( . established by- - the City Engineer of the said
City of Fayetteville , Arkansas .
SECTION TWO : ` All side walks , street curbing or guttering ,' shall be
of
laid or constructed in strict accordance with the plans and specifications, °'
for such 'i.�ork , which were prepared by the City, Engineer of the City of

Fayetteville , ftrkansas ; and filed with , and approved by - the ity Council '
of the said City of Fayetteville Arkansas on the A 7 dday of. July

SECTION THREE : That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in con.
flict herewith , be , and the same are hereby , repealed , and this Ordinance
shall take effect _ and be in force , - from and after its passage , approval
and publication .
