FAYETTEVILLE , ARKA?? SAS . "
41HEREAS , there has been formed and created within the corporate lim-
its of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a certain Improvement District ,
known as East Street Improvement District Number one of the City of Fay-
etteville , Arkansas ; and
YMEREAS , it is the policy of the City of Fayetteville to aid in con-
structing and maintaining permanent streets constructed under the improve-
ment district plan ; and
VIHEREAS , the City of Fayetteville has assumed part of the expense of
improving streets in other improvement districts ;
row , THEF.EYORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTE`VIJJ,E , ARKANSAS :
SECTION ONE : That there is hereby appropriated out of the General
Street Fund of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , the sum of 03 , 000 . 00 ,
or so much thereof as may be necessary , to be used by the Board of Commis-
sioners of East Street Improvement District Number One of the City of

Fayetteville , Arkansas, in permanently paving the intersections of all
streets within said Improvement District .
SECTIO`_) TWO : That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville , Ark-
ansas , be , and he is hereby instructed to draw ten warrants of equal amounts,
in favor of wromsoever said Board of Commissioners may designate , and at
such time as said Board may request , not to exceed in the aggregate , how-
ever , the sum of $3 , 000000 , Said ten warrants shall be drawn serially ,
so that one warrant shall become due and payable each year after date
of issue .
SECTIO: THREE : That this Ordinance shall take effect , and be in force ,
from and after its passage , approval and publication .
