BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH% OITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSASZ
Section 1. . Hereafter, . it shall be .unlawful for any person or persons to

Section 2. The term "Horse Drawn vehicle " as used herein is meant to include .
any ve c e of whatsoever kind drawn bi ' live stock. The term "park" as herein
used, is intended to .mean and does mean, to bring any vehicle to a complete
stop.
Section 3. It shall hereafter be unlawful for any person or persons to

square in the amity of Fayatteville , Arkansas for the purpose of selling
or offering for sale, any kind of goods, wares or merchandise .
Section 4. Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of

tion . thereof, shall be fined in any sum not less than One Dollar, nor
more than "twenty-five dollars ($$25. 00) for each . offease ,
Section 5. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herevi. th,
an a same are hereby repealed and this Ordinance shli take effect and
be in force, from and after its passage , a? oroval and publication.
