the City Hospital of the City of Fayetteville is in Treat
need of additional rooms, and the Trustees are making an effort to build
an annex to the building, and are in urgent need of ; 25,000. 00, and
Whereas , The levying Court of 1lashineton County has appropriated
$12 , 500. 00 towards the payment of the same , conditioned upon the City of
Fayetteville payine a like sum, and
VdIEREAS , it is neoessary for the Trustees to have V;arrants of the
County and City to place - as collateral in order to proceed with the build-
ing.
TdOS, , THERPF'ORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF FAYETTF.VILLP ,ARIS . :
Sec . 1. That the Mayor of the City, cause a series of five warrants to
be issued for Trio Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500. 00) each9 payable
on the 15th day of July of each year, the first to be payable July 15th,
1921, and the others consecutively thereafter, that said warrants be made
payable to the Trustees of the Fayetteville City Hospital, and that he
deliver said warrants to said trustees .
Sec . 2 . The Citr Council hereby binds itself to ideke sufficient levy
each year to meet the payment of said warrants , and to pay the same at
maturity.
