AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE RIM: TO PE CIMGrD FOR WATER BY TIS' CITY '.'PTER
PLANT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 0'1 THS•. CITY OF FAYETTEVILT E,ARK . t
Sec. 1. That beEinning June 1, 1920, the following water rates shall
be charged by the City mater Plant' to merit :
For service without meter. . . . . . . . . 0500
For service through 5/8" meter. . . 06500
3/4" 75¢
l" 1. 00
1i" 1. 50
2" 2 . 50
3" 5. 00
4" 7 . 50

Sec . 2 . That in addition to the above mentioned rates , the following
charges shall be made for water drawn : For 1st 30, 000 gal . per me. - - 45$
per thousand gal . ; for more than 30,000 and under 300,000' 35¢ per thous .
gal. For more than 300,000 the manufacturing rate of 150 per thou. gal.
Sec . 3 . Thc. t all bills due the City V;ater Plrnt shall be payable
monthly on the first day of each month at the office of the City 'eater Plant .
Sec . 4. That a 10% discount for cash payment on or before the 10th day
of each month shall be allowed .
Sec . 5. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith
be , and the same are hereby repealed and this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in force on and after June 1, 1920.
