BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF M CITY OF FAYrTTRVILLr� , A1ZK . :
Sec, 1. That Sec . 3, Ordinance No . 394, which was passed and approved
on the 20th day of June , 1919, be amended so as to read as follows ;
"It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to drive or
run ark}+ truck with chains on any of its wheels or to drive or run any
tractor with cleats on any of its wheels , or a tractor having a caterpillar
track upon any improved or paved street viithin the corporate limits of said
city of Fayretteville , Arkansas . Provided, however, a tractor having cleats
on any of its wheels may be driven upon any of said streets if blocks have
been securely fastened between said cleats and flush with the outer edge of
the same , so that said wheels in being run over said streets will not
injure the same . "
Sec. 2 . All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herexith
shall be and thesame are hereby repealed and this Ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after the date of this 5th day of Dec. ,1919 .
