Sec . 1. That Item 1 of Section 1 of Ordinance No , 394 which was passed
and approved on the 20th of June , 1919 be amended to read as follows :
For each motor driven taxi cab or omnibus per annum : $18. 00
Per month : *10. 00
Sec . 2. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith
shall be and the same are hereby repealed and this Ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage , approval, and publica-
tion .
