HOGS AND CATTLE VJTHIN THE: CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILL ,ARK . 11
HE IT ORDAINED HY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PAYETTEVILLR, ARK . :
Sec . 1 . That hereafter it shall be unlawful for any person, persons ,
firm, or corporation to keep aay pie or any swine of any kind or description
whatsoever, within the corporate limits of Fayetteville , Arkansas .
Sec . 2 . That hereafter it shall be unlawful for any person, persong ,
firm, or corporation , to keep any cow or cattle of any kind or description what-
soever within the corporate limits of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas without
a special written permit from the City Health Officer of said City of
Fayetteville , or to permit any such cow or cattle to run at large, or graze
upon any of the streets or alleys within the corporate limits of said City
of Fayetteville, Arkansas . And said City Health Officer of said City of
Fayetteville shall not, under any circumstances issue to any person, persons ,
firm, or corporation a permit to keep more than two cows, or more than tvr.
head of cattle of any kind or description whatsoever, within said corporate
limits of the said City of Fayetteville , Arkansas .
Sec . 3 . Any person, persons , firm, or cornmration violating any of the
provisions of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor , and
upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not less than Fire ($5. 00 )
Dollars or more than Twenty Five ($25. 00) llollars , and each day t.:is Ordinance
is so violated shall constitute a separate offense .
Sec : 4a That all Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith
be and the same are hereby repealed, and this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after the 1st day of March, 1919 .
