AN ORDINANCE FIXING ThE RATI?S TO BE CHARGED FOR ".ATER BY TIE CITY

BE IT ORDAI TED BY THC CITY COUNCIL OF FAYETTEVILLE ; ATZKA"SASe
Sec. 1. Beginning; July 1, 1918, the following wathr rates shall be
charged by the City nater Plant, to wit :
For each service there shall be a mirdmum charge for the service and
meter per month as follows :
For service >'..lithout meter. . . . 006 . 00050¢
through 5/8 . . . . . . . . . . . 50¢
3/4 0000 . . . . . 75¢
1" . . 0 . . : 0 . . . . n000

Sec. 2 . In addition to the above mentioned rates, the followinC
charges shall be made for water drawn.

monthly, on tho let day of each month at the office of the Gitty IV'ater . Plant.
Sec. !:. A S;S discount for cash payment on or before the 10th of each
month shall be alloaied.
Sec. 5. That all ordinances and parts of Ordinances. .in conflict here-
with be , and the same are hereby repealed] and this Ordinance shall take
effect and be in force on and after July 1, 1918 .
