AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR This PPOMCTION OF MUM SIGN POSTS

Sec . 1. That hereafter it shall be unlanful for any person or persons
to run against or over or to in any ,canner injure any traffic posts within
the City of Fayetteville .
Sec . 2 . That any person or persons who shall so run against or over,
or in any manner injure any such traffic sign posts in said City of Fayettee
ville , shall be required to report the same immediately to the Chief of
Police or Police Judge of the City of Fayetteville , and to ascertain the
damage done to such traffic sign post, . and to pay for same within theee
days after such damage has occurred.
Sec . 3. Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdem:: anor and upon conri.ction thereof,
shall be fined in any sum not exceeding Ten Dollars for each offense .
Sec . b. That all Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict here-
with be and the same are hereby repealed and this ordinance take effect and
be in force from and after its passage , approvel, . and publication.
