sec o- 1 . It is hereby declarad to W the duty of all occupants of

persons charged with the mana, emant of any public buildinfTs of any kind
whatsoever , to keep the side-.vaik abutting such prsmise �, es:: from sron.
Sec . 2 . All sidewalks within the corporate limits of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas shall be cleared of snow irithin the first iig 12
daylight hours immediately follovdnE tha snav fall.
Sec . 3 . Any person or persons violating the provis;or_s of this
Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a mi.sde::nanor, and u ;on conviction
thereof in the Police. Court shall be fined in any sum not to exceed Ten
Dollars (10. 00 ) for each offense ; and each day or part thereof that arW
snow shall remain on any sidewalk after the passing of 12 daylight; hours
shall constitute a separate offense .
sec. 4. That this Ordinance be in force and effect from and after
Janurry 223 1518 and shall be cumulative to all existing Ordinances of
the City of F�qetteville, Arkansas.
