BE IT ORDAINED By THE CITY COUPOIL OF FF. Y"TT7WILLE, Ar1%'ATT,,'-0 :
Sec. 1 . That Section 1 of Ordinance 288, which rias passed and
approved on March 30, 1911, ' said Ordinance being known as an Ordinance
providing for the weighing of ice sold or delivered within the corporate
limits of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas be amended to read as follows :
(Sec . 1. That it shall hereafter be unlawful for any person, firm, or
corporation to sell or deliver ice within the corporate limits of the 0ity
of Fayetteville , without first weighing each piece of ice so sold or
delivered on scales to be designated by the City Council for such purpose . Q
Sec . 2 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage , approval, and publication.
