SEECTION 1. 'That hereafter it shall be unlawful for any person or persons
to ride any bicycle ,, velocipede,, coasting wagon or other vehicle of whatso-
ever kind or description upon tha sidewalks within the corporate limits of
the City of Fayetteville ,, Arkansas. Provided nolt2hi.ng herein contained shall
be so construed as to amply to the use of roller skates upon the said side-
walk during the daylight hours .
SECTION 2. Any person or persons violating Section 1 of this Ordinance
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall
be punished by a fine of not less than One Dollar (:;x1.00) or more than Ten
Dollars ($$10. 00) for each offence .
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be in force and effect from and after its
passage,, approval9 and publication and all ordinances or parts thereof in
conflict hercri.th be and the same are hereby repealed.
