Me R:.AS, the majority in value of the property holders ovminr prooerty
situated within Nest Dickson Street Impravement District No. 1 organized
for the purpose of Grading, rolling, and macadaiai.zinC test Dickson Street,
from the cast side of Worth School Street to the East side of Uorth Block
Street, have petitioned the council of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas
for the construction of said improvement and the cost thereof shall be
assessed upon the real property of said district according. to benefits
received ; and
iOMn_'AS , said benefits received by each and every block, lot, and
parcel of real property situated in said district equals or exceeds the
local assessment thereon; and
Yamr.As , the estimated cost of said improvement is seven hundred
seventy two (4772 . 00 ) dollars ;

FAYETTEVILLZ.. ARRANTSAS that said several blocks, lots , and parcels of real
property in said district be assessed according to the assessment list for
said improvement district as same now remains in the office of the City
Clerk, and that twenty five ( 25%) per centum on each of said blocks, lots,
and parcels shall be paid annually on or before the 15th day of July until
the whole of said local assessment shall be paid .
