DE IT ORDAINS BY THE CITY COU11CIL OF PAY'3TTisVILf ^, ARK/:'ISAS :
Sec . 1 . That Ordinance 327 be and the same is hereby amended as follows
that section 1 of said Ordinance be striken out.
Sec . 2 . That Section 2 of said Ordinance No. 327 be and the same is
hereby amended to read : . That the Board of Commissioners of Sister Improvement
District No. 1 be and they are hereby required to deposit or cause to ''be
deposited with the City Trea,�urer, eve:7 15 days , all moneys arising from
the operation of the City later Plant during the period and take the receipt
of the said City Treasurer therefor.
Sec . 3. That Section 3 of said Ordinance tdo. 327 be and the same is
hereby amended to read : That the City Treasurer shall at once deposit in the
City Depository, in 'a fund to be known as the Fund of the Cater Improvement
District No . 1 zk=mV=±= all moneys so received by him from the
Commissioners of mater Improvement District No. 1 or their agents .
Sec . 4. That Section L of said Ordinance No. 327 be and the same is
hereby amended to read : That no bill or account accruing from the operation
of the said City Cater Plant, or any other indebtedness of the City Vsater
Plant shall be paid unless the same is approved by the Chairman of hater
Improvement District No. 1 .
Section 5. That Section 5 of said Ordinance 327 be and the same is
hereby arraended to read : That said Elrod of Vater Improvement District No. 1
shall at all times be kept separate and distinct from .all other funds in
tie hands of the City Treasurer, and be paid out by him only on warrants
signed by the Chairman or Secretary of the Commissioners of Water Improvement
District No. 1 .
Section 6. That the Board of Commissioners of Pater Improvement District
No. 1 be and they are hereby required to file with the Clerk of the City
Council , every three months a complete report of the receipts and expenditures
arising from the operation and maintainence of the City Watar Plant, for the
preceeding thrse months . The City Council shall procesd to examine such
quarterly reports and shall disallow any ald all unjust charges and credits ,
if there be any, and shall readjust such report whenever an improper item may
be included in it, which readjustment shall be finally subject to reexamination
in a court of Chancery for error or mistake upon suit brought by the above said
board of C=idssioners of ". ater Improvement District No. 1 of any taxpayer
of the improvement district.
Sec . 7 . That this Ordinance be in full force , etc .
