sec . 1. It is declared a misdemeanor for any person to injure , damage ,
destroy, or fail, or refuse to connect with or tap the sewers of said city
within the time prescribed by an order of the Board of h `v

public or private , made under the provisions of this Ordinance ; or any other
Ordinance or Ordinances of the City of Fayetteville and any perscn so offend-
ing, on conviction thereof, shall be punished

liable for all such damage ; and for the sum so found judgement
rendered in favor of the said City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , and execution

take effect and
be in force from and after its passage , approval .,
