Sed* 1. That the City Attorney of the City of Fayetteville , A rkansas
is hereby authorized and granted the right, parser, and authority to file
affidavits before the Police Court of said City eharging persons with
violations of City Ordinances, or other laws over which said court has
jurisdiction without being required to make bond for costs in such cases .
Sec. 2 . That this ordinance be in force and effect from and after its
passage, approval , and publication; and all ordinances or parts thereof in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
