See . 1 . That the Section3 of Ordinance 2913 pasCsd and approved
April 18 , 1912 be amended to read as follows :
No person or persons shall solicit patronage for arty omnibus ,
hack, carriage , wagon, or other veh cles for the transportation
of baggage or passengers at any place other than on the space
allotted to such person or persons, as is specifically set forth
in Section 2 of Ordinance No. 291, passed and approved April 18 ,
1912 .
Sea. 2 . That this ordinance be in force and effect from and after
its passaEe , approval, and publication and all ordinance or parts thereof
in conflict herewith be and the saine are hereby repealed.
