Sec . le It shall be unlawful for the owner or the keeper of any bowling
alley within the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, or any employee of such
owner or keeper to neivait any person or persons under the age of eighteen R
(18 ) years 2t tp bYW; • pr play aror game or frequent or congregate in' or
about such bowling alley, or any department thereof.
Sec . 2 . That nothing herein contained shall be construed as to prevent
any person under the age of eighteen (18 ) years from frequenting or playing
in any bowling alley when accompanied by the parent or guardian of such person;
providing further, it shall not be deemed a violation of this ordinance for any
pp.rson or -persons under the age of eighteen (18 ) years to be employed in any
bowling alley provided that the owner or keeper thereof shall have received
written permission from the .parents or guardian of such persons to that effect.
Sec. 3. That any person violating the provisions of this ordinance shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined
in any sum not less than ten dollars (310900) nor more than One Hundred Dollars
(31.00. 00) .
