Sec . 1. It shall be unlwiful- for any parson or parsons to use
City Later to wash any house, vehicle, or sidewalk without first
securing from the Superintendent of the Fater Plant a permit for so
doirr .
Sec. 2. Any person or persons vi.olatinE Section 1 of this
Ordinance shall be deemed guil'Gy of a misdemeanor and upon convic-
tion thereof shall be fined in any sum not more than Ten Dollars
(5, 10. 00 ) :for each offense .
Sec. 3 . There shall be no charge made for the permit mentioned
in Section 1 of this Ordinance .
Sec . 4. Nothing in this Ordinance shall be construed as to apply
to patrons of the City Water Plant who are receivin,; their water
through a meter installed by the authority of said plant.
Sec . 5. That this Ordinance be in force from and after its pass-
age , approval, and publication and all Ordinances in conflict herewith
be and the same are hereby repealed.
