Sec . 1 . That Section 2 of Ordinance 328 , passed and approved January 13,
19111 to be amended to read as follows :
"For the lst 5, 000 Cal. used per mo. , 350 . For all consumption above
5, 000 Cal . and up to 20,000 Cal, per mo. , 250 • For all above 20,000 ral . used
per mo . up to 50,000 Cal. 150 . for all above 50, 000 gal . and up to 100, 000
gal . per mo, 80. For all above 100,000 gal . per mo, 70 . "
Sec . 2. That this ordinance be in force from and after its passage,
approval, and publication, and all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed..
