BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PA UTT ULUjo ATKAYSAS :
Sec. 1. That the Superintendent of the City :'later Plant of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, is and hereby authorized to make the following chaTees
for the crater used by consumers through meters of the City hater Plant.
Sac. 2. That the rates for water be as follows :
For the let 59000 gal• per mo-35¢ per th . gal.
For all above 5,000 gal. up to 15,000 gal . per mo. - 250 per th. Cal .
For all above 15,000 gal. up to 30, 000 gal . pr mo. ..-150 per th. gal .
For all above 30,000 gal* up to 50, 000 F;al . per mo. - 40 per th . gal.
For all above 100,000 gal. per moo - %14 per. th. Cal.
Sec. 3. That this ordinance be in force and effect from and after its
passage , approval , and publication and all rates in conflict and all
ordinances or parts thereof in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby
repealed.
