Be it ordained by the City Council of Fayetteville, Arkansas :
Sec. 1. That the Superintendent of the City Fdater Plant and the C

Sac, 2. That the Superintendent of the City Tiater Plant be and he is
hereby required and directed to turn over to the Ureasurer of the City of
Fayetteville , all funds collected by him or his agent, arising from the opera-
tion of the City 6•ater Plant every fifteen days and oftener., if practicable,
and to take therefore the receipt of the said Treasurer, which receipt the said
Superintendent shall file tirlth his mixt statement to the City Council .
Seca 3. That the City Treasurer shall at once deposit all funds so
received by him from the said Superintendent in a fund to the known and
designated as the }tater Fund., same to be deposited in the City Depository,
and to draw the same rate of interest as all other City Funds ,
Sec. 4. That no bill or account accruing from the operation of the
City Fater Plant or other indebtedness nhatsoever, shall be paid unless same
is allowed by the City Council, in the manner that all bills and accounts are
allowed and paid as provided by existing ordinances .
Sec . 5. That the mater Fund hereby created shall at all times be
kept
separate and distinct from all other City funds in the hands
