T;IP3RAS , the Board of PuLlic Affairs ha3 recommended the purchase by
the City of Fayetteville of a one-fourth interest in a tractor engine to be
used on the streets of the City of Fayetteville and the roads of Prairie
township .
TIM TIERBFOR'.' , Be it ordained by the city council of fayetteville , Ark. :
Section 1 . That the Board of Public Affairs be and is hereby instructed
to purchase a ono-fourth interest in a tractor enGGine to be used on the
streets of the City of Fayetteville and the roads of Prairie tounsaip.
Section 2 • That as soon ac . said contract is made by the Board of Public
Affairs ' the City Clerk is instructed to issue warrants against the street
fund in such amounts as will be convenient to the order of the Business Lien ' s
Club or the County Judge' said wdrrants to be payable July 15 , 1914, and in
the aggregate not to exceed $�525L00 :
Section 3. That all ordinances and parts ; theroof in conflict herewith
aro herepj repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage .
