Sec. 1. That the following rates shall be charged for water by the
City 'I';ater Plant when sold by meter measure.
Domestic and commercial rates — For the first 10,000 gallons or less ,
used per month 350 per Lm thousand gal. For each additional thousand gal .
up to 60 gnk thousand gal. used per month 250 per thousand gal. For each
additional thousand gal . up to 125 thousand gal. . used per month 15¢ per
thousand gal. For each additional thousand gal. above 125 Gal . used per
month 100 per thousand gal .
UanufacturinG rates — For the first 150 thousand gal. used per month
90 per thousand gal: For each additional thousand gal . used per month up
to one million Sal . used per mo. 8¢ per thousand gal . For each additional
thousand „al & above one million "al . used per month 7a¢ per thousand gal.
The manufacturing rate vrill not apply to a consumption of less. than 150
thousand Callon per month.
Sec . 2 . A minimum charge of 50¢ per month will be made on all service
through a" , 5/8* and 3/4-" motors, and for service through larger meters 10/
par annum of the cost of the meter installed plus. 50¢ per month.
Sec . 3. That the rates charged for crater by the City eater Plant
when sold by flat rate or v+ithout meter, shall be as set forth in Rule XII
of Ordinance No. 2632 passed and approved kucust 5, 1909.
Sec . 4. That all bills duo the City ..ater Plant are payable monthly on
the first of the month at the office of the City eater Plant.
Sec. 5. Thrt this ordinance be in force and effect from and after
I•Iovember 1 , 1913 and all ordinances in conflict hareuith be and the same
are hereby repealed.
