Sec. 1. That the Board of Public Affairs be hereby authorized to
purchase than following articles, towit :
12 heavy eauaters
12 pairs rubber boots
10 rubber coats
Sec . 2. That said articles are for the use of the Fayetteville Fire
Department and that the apprwdnate cost rri1.1 be U60.00.
Sea . 3. That this ordinance be in force and effect from and after its
passage and publication and that all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
be and the same are hereby repealed.
Passed and approved this 3rd day of October, 1913 .
