Sec . I. - That eachmember of the Fayetteville Board of Health who is a
dollars ar 1i Pnsed and pracf,icinE, physician shall receive the sum of sixty
( j3o. 00 ) per year for his services as a member of such Board of iI^alth .
Sec . 2 . That the said salary of sixty dollars per annum shall be payable
monthly.
Sec . 3. That this ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after
its passage and publication and all ordinance or parts thereof in conflict
hereuitl. be and the same are hereby repealed .
