Sec . 1. That the Comm asioners of the City ;tater Plant am hereby
given the power and authority to install caster meters on the service pipes
of any patrol or patrons of said city water plant and the said Commissioners
of the City rater Plant are also given authority to place said meters in the
street, sidewalk, or within the pxemises of the patron at the discretion of
the Con:mi.ssi.oner.
See. 2. That the City Water Plant is hereby given authority and power
to refuse to sell water to any patron who refuses to have a mater installed,
and upon such rafusal to at once discontinue. the water service .
Sec . 3• That nothing herein contained shall be so construed as to
require any patron to install a water meter at his or her own expense .
Sec. 4. That this ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and publication and all ordinances or parts o$ ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
