That it shall be the duty of the City Health Oificer to inspect dairies and other establishments from which milk is brought in to the city, or from which milk is offered for sale , for the purpose of affecting a strict and constant compliance with the provisions of this ordinance . That the said City Health Officer shall have full access to all places where milk is stored or kept for sale , and to all wagons, railways cars, or conveyances of every kind, used for the transportation of :•milk.
