Sec 1. That Section 2 0£ Ordinance 290 passed and approved the 17th
day of ,Sugust, 1911 be amended so as to read as follows :
That srid sidenelks shall he constructed in the manner and of the material
required by existing ordinances of this City, that all sidewalks from
Center 3tmet to Dickson Stroet shall be laid from ;property line to curb ;
