Sec 1 . It shall :in unlawfLL for any parson; person:; , or corporation to

nuisance and the owners of szne are hereby directed to m.,ave the sama

Sec 3. Tnab the provisions of this ordinance shall not apply to cloth
acminps which are suoported entirely from the buildin;-s .
Sec 4 . Any person , persons , or corporation violating this ordinance or
failing Co co .iply with provisions in removing- acninrs , sheds , or porches ,
shall be dee.aed : uilty of a misdei.neanor, and upon conviction s? all be fined
in any sum not less than 1510600 nor more than ;12$ . 00 for each offense , and
each day of such violation shall constitute a separate offense .
Sec s. That all ordinances or carts thereof in conflict hercidth be and
the sai::e are hereby repealed, and thk t this ordinance be in force and effect
30 days after its passae and public action.
