Sec 1. On and after the pcssa -n and publication of this ordinance ,
no ?erson shall enPa -e in the sale of milk or cr.�an in the City of
Itgyetteville9 ark. , unless, prc'rided eith a license .
A license shall be issuod by the City Clerk to all applicants who
agree to coiiply with the sanitary rules and reET.ulations of thea.oasd of
Piealth in the conduct of their business . Slid license shall be valid up
to the first day of Jsnuary or the first day of July followiuF its i^suanca
on which dates it must be renewed. For each license the .zaplicr'l=,b shall
pay to the City Clerk a. fee of one dollar and shall receive .- t the some
time a copy of the sanitary requiremonts of the Board of iioalth (.overnint
the conduct of dairies and the handling of milk for sole in the Jity.
Sec 2. Said license can be revoked at any time for failure to comply
with the sanitary requirements above referred to or for any other insani—
tary practice or conditions chich the Hoard of Health considers a source
of dan,er to the health of the Jity.
Sec 3. This ordinance shall not apply to residents vithin or without
the City li::!its who keep and mill: for their own use not more thLn tY;o cogs
of M—dch the surplus only is offered for sale .
Sac 4. any person or persons viols tint- the provisions of this
ordinance shill be deere:d guilty of a misdem anor and u )on conviction
thereof shall be fined in any sum not less than five dollars nor more than
fifteen dollars .
