ORDINANCE N0 . 297 .
An Ordinance To Amend Part of Section Two of Ordinance Number 290 .
Be It Ordained By The Council of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas : -
See 1 . That Section 2 of Ordinance number 290 shall be
amended ao as to read as follows -
" That all walks from Dickson Street to Mayple
Street shall be six feet wide , extending from the curb line
established by the City towards the property line . "
Sec . 2. That this ordinance shall be in force from and
after passage and publication and all ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hre
by repealeds
