OR FOOT PAVY"P'ENTS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS .
Be It Ordained By the City Council of the City of Faye—
tteville , Arkansas
5 ,`T` Section One . That hereafter it shall be unlawful for any person to

e ectorate upon the foot pavements or aide walks within the corporate
` limits of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ,
Section T:vo . That any person or persons that shall violate Section
jne of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon
conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding twenty five
dollars ( $25 . 00 ) .
Section Three . That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect ,
from and after its passage and publication .
