C; �/ WHEREAS , the Washington Circuit Court at its regular Spring Term , 1910 , decreed that Rose Hill Addition , City Park Addition abd Davidson Addition be annexed and made a part of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas — THEREFORE , Be It Ordained by the City Council , of the City of Fayetteville , Ark . , that Rose Hill Addition , which is the N* of S J S ec . 9 . T wp . 16 N . Rge . 30 W . , shall be and the same is hereby made a part of the Second Ward of said City of Fayetteville , Arkansas . That City Park Addition , which is NEJ of the SFr- of Sec . 9 Twp . 16 N . Rge . 30 W , and Davidson Addition , which is NW-j of SWJ of Sec . 10 , Twp . 16 N . Rge . 30 Fest , shall be and the same are hereby made a part- of Ward Three of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas . Sec . 2 .
