TO AMEND SECTION FIVE ( 5 ) OF THE GENERAL LICENSE
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE? ARKANSAS , NUMBER ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY
SEVEN ( 187 ) .
Be It Ordained By The City Council , of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas :
Section 1 . That Section Five of Ordinance No . 187 , be and the same
is hereby amended so as to read as follows
" Running omnibuses , hacks , drays , express wagons and
carts and other vehicles , drawn by two horses and used as public carries ,
or for job hire ; for each wagon or vehicle , per annum , $5 . 00 , six months
$ 275 ; for each automobile , two or more seats , per annum , $ 5 . 00 , per six
months $ 2 . 75 . For each automobile , one seat , per annum , $2 , 75 . "
That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and publication .
