TO REGULATE THE SPEED OF AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR CYCLES
WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF FAYE TEVILE , ARKANSAS
Be It Ordained By The City Council , of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas :
Section 1 . That all automobiles and motor cycles shall not exceed
the speed of twelve ( 12) miles per hour while within the corporate
limits of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ,
Section 2 . That any person or persons violating Section one of
this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor , and upon
conviction thereof shall be fined any sum not exceeding fifty ( $ 50 . 00 )
Dollars .
Section 3 . That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and publication ,
Passed and approved July 21 , 1910 .
