AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF CERTAIN TERRITORY WITHIN THE CORPORATE
LIMITS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE? ARKANSAS , INTO All IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
DESIGNATING THE NUMBER AND DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF
Be It Ordained , By The City Council -of the City of Fayette.
ville , Arkansas _
Section 1 . That the following lots , blocks ; streets , alleys and parcels
of land and real estate situate in the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , -e
and the same are hereby laid off and declared to be an Improvement District
within said City , towit
The South half of Blocks Three , Four , Five and Six and the
North half of Blocks Seven , Eight , Nine and Ten , Masonic Addition of said
City , accordiing to the Plat of said Addition now of record in the Office of
the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Washington County , Arkansas ,
Section 2 . That said District shall hereafter be known and designated
as "EAST LAFAYETTE AVENUE IMPROVEMEENT DISTRICT NUMBER ONE " ,
Section 3 . That said District is laid off Snr the purposes of grading ,
rolling and macadamizing with stone and gravel and properly curbing and
guttering that portion of East LaFayette Avenue from its junction with Olive
Street West , to College Avenue .
Section 4 . That all ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance be and they
are hereby rej)eated and this ordinance shall be in force and effect from and '
after its passage and publication .
Passed and approved this 3rd , day of March , 1910 .
