AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED , "AN ORDINANCE TO FIX THE SALARIES
OF CERTAIN CITY OFFICIALS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS
Be It Ordained , By the City Council of the City of Fayette
ville , Arkansas
Section 1 . That the Chief of Police shall receive for his services
as such officier the sum of seventy five ( $ 75 . 00 ) dollars , per month and
the first assistant police officer appointed by the said Chief shall re—
ceive for his services as such officer the sum of sixty five ( $85 . 00 )
dollars per month and the City Clerk shall receive for his services as
such officer the sum of . twenty ( $20 . 00 ) dollars per month , said salaries
to be paid to said officers monthly .
Section 2 . That all ordinances and parts of ordinances are hereby
repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after April 1 , 1910 .
Passed and approved this 21 day of March , 1910 .
