AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTIONS SIXTY— SIX ( 66 ) OF THE
GENERAL LICENSE ORDINANCE , NUMBER ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN ( 187 ) .
Be It Ordained By The City Council , of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas :
Sec . 1 . That section 66 of Ordinance No . 187 , be amended so as
to read as follows
-�- For each person who shall solicit or engage in the
real estate business in the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas .
Per annum , . . . . . . . . . . a . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $10 . 00 .
Per six months . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1 . . . 6 . 00 .
Per three months . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 4 . 00 .
Sec . 2 . That all ordinances end parts of ordinances in
conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed , and this ordinance
shall be in effect from and after its passage and publication .
