ORDINANCE N0 . 269 .
AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF CERTAIN TERRITORY WITHIN THE CORPORATE
LIMITS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , INTO AN IMPROVEMENT DIS*X- T ,
DESIGNATING THE NUMBER AND DEFI14ING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF
Be It Ordained , By the City Council , of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas
Sec . 1 . That the following lots , blocks , streets , alkeys and parcels of
real estate situate in the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and the same
are hereby laid off and declared to be an Improvement District within said
City . towit : —
All that part of West Mountain Street from its junction with Block
Street West , . to its junction with School Street and across School Street ,
and the South half of Blocks 29 , 25 and 26 , and the North half of Blocks 31'
32 and 33 in the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas according to the Original
Plat thereof .

Sec . . 2 . That said District shall hereafter be known and designated as
°West Mountain Street Improvement District No . One of the City of Fayetteville ,I
Arkansas . "
Sec . 3 . That said District is laid off for the purpose of grading , rolling
and macadamizing with stone and gravel and properly curbing and guttering
that portion of West Mountain Street from its junction with Block Street
'!fest to School Street and across School Street .
Sec . 4 . That all ordinances in conflict with this ordinance be and they
are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in force and effect from
and after its passage and publication .
